This is the first issue of a redesigned newsletter I produce with Hulen Design. It's a newsletter for a gated community, so our target audience was a little older than most of my other clients. But I still wanted to keep it looking fresh and current. I took and styled the photography of realtors, "familiar faces," the picnic, and, my favorite, Pudge the potbelly pig.
